Rotating online detection system
The system is installed on high-speed web offset presses or sheet-fed offset presses to perform real-time online quality inspection on each printed product, intercepting continuous waste and serious waste generated during the printing process. When printing defects are detected, the system can issue an alarm and display defect images, facilitating operators to adjust and improve equipment faults or printing processes.

The web inspection system for books and periodicals offers optional first-sheet inspection and automatic waste rejection functions.
During the print proofing process, the electronic view of the first confirmed usable sample can be directly compared with the electronic file of the printed product in the system. This ensures consistency between the first printed sheet and the electronic file without additional operations.

The web inspection system for books and periodicals supports simultaneous double-sided inspection. For defective sheets, our company adopts patented waste rejection technology for removal, solving the problem of inconvenient retrieval of defective products. The added waste rejection mechanism does not affect the normal operation of the stacking machine

Offset Printing Online Inspection System
The inspection system consists of digital cameras, image acquisition cards, speed synchronization modules, lighting sources, lenses, computers, and image processing units.

Adopting line-scan cameras, the paper moves at high speed on the roller. One full rotation of the roller completes the acquisition of one image. To ensure the stability of image acquisition during the paper’s high-speed movement on the roller, the paper must be closely attached to the roller surface. The system uses air blowing to flatten the paper in a non-contact manner.

For the line-scan camera to capture images, it is necessary to track the moving speed of the paper. This ensures synchronization between the scanning frequency and the paper’s movement speed, avoiding longitudinal stretching or compression. This function is achieved by an encoder installed on the roller’s rotating shaft.

The high-speed double-sided large-sheet inspection machine independently developed by the company adopts the feeder and transmission mechanism of offset printing machines, featuring a compact structure, stable operation, and high paper feeding and inspection accuracy. It is mainly suitable for full-width inspection of large-sheet double-sided products such as manuals, test papers, answer sheets, books and periodicals, maps, and commercial printing products. It effectively solves the problems of manual inspection, such as inability to conduct full-width inspection and low efficiency for such products, and can guarantee 100% quality of delivered products.
Both the front and back inspection stations of the equipment are equipped with high-speed line-scan cameras, ensuring high inspection accuracy and speed. It is also furnished with a good product bin and a waste bin, which can separate and stack qualified and defective products neatly after inspection.
